Do I have to import a full container?

Not necessarily, LCL can be shipped, or even consolidate from different sources before shipping.

What’s China’s payment method?

Most of the time, Chinese suppliers ask for 30% in advance and the balance against BL or prior to shipping, very few cases have credit and letter of credit is an option but not all the suppliers accept it.

Can I buy in small quantities?

Sure, but the prices is going to be more expensive, maybe supplier change is needed or a different methodology.

Can I get a sample before I make a purchase decision?

Yes, but sometimes the supplier require payment for the sample and always need to pay for the delivery taxes and expenses.

Can I have a warranty for all the products?

Most of the time, however, its necessary to agree the terms with the supplier, even so, always we should provide a warranty in Costa Rica territory, in spite of the conditions we receive from the supplier.
